Happy Hump Day!

Happy Hump Day! Thought I would share with you my breakfast smoothie recipe I made this morning!

Domestic Sweetheart Breakfast Smoothie

1/2 cup of frozen berries ( I choose raspberries, strawberries, & blueberries)
1/2 cup of yogurt ( I buy a big tub of greek yogurt with honey)
1/2 cup of milk
1tsp. of vanilla

Blend & enjoy!

P.S. In case you didn't know, berries and yogurt are two of the best superfoods to add to your diet!

I'm so excited for the new Arrow series premier tonite on CW!

  11. Mmm two of my favorite things - berries and greek yogurt! For a little afternoon snack I'll have some greek yogurt, berries and granola (sometimes even a few chocolate chips sprinkled on too!)

    1. Elsha, I know some people will use applesauce in their smoothies instead of yogurt. It'll be a different consistency, but it'll still make it smooth. Plus the applesauce is really healthy!

  25. Thanks so much for following! I'm following you back!

I LOVE making smoothies for after my workouts. I use greek yogurt, too, but I prefer to use fresh fruit instead of frozen. For some reason the frozen stuff just doesn't taste quite right to me! I'll have to try the greek yogurt with honey though. That sounds delicious!
